Pharmacy Weight Loss Hawes | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Hawes is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Hawes and the surrounding United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when completing our consultation questionnaire. Prescription weight loss treatments are only dispensed where clinically appropriate following pharmacist review.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual where we determine it is clinically or legally appropriate to do so. Treatments will not be supplied to individuals who do not meet the clinical criteria for the requested medication.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Review

All prescription medicines are supplied only following a clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers or pharmacists. Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications and known allergies accurately. Providing false or misleading information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for harm arising from information you have withheld or misrepresented.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use with Pharmacy Weight Loss Hawes only unless otherwise stated. We do not accept prescriptions issued by third-party services.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices quoted include the cost of medication, consultation and dispensing. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the postal or courier service used. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Medications will be packaged discreetly and sent to the delivery address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We are unable to redeliver to a different address once an order has been dispatched.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. If you experience an adverse reaction, emergency or significant change in your health, you should contact your GP or call 999 immediately. The information provided on our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.

Weight loss results vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from any treatment we supply.

8. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services and will never be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
