These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hawes is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Hawes and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council's standards for registered pharmacies.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. Weight loss prescription treatments are only available to individuals who meet specific clinical criteria, including BMI thresholds and relevant health assessments as determined by our pharmacist prescriber.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at every consultation. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a serious risk to your health. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual at our clinical discretion.
All prescription medicines supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Hawes are issued following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber. No prescription medicine will be dispensed without a valid prescription being generated through our clinical process.
Prescriptions issued are valid for use within our pharmacy only unless otherwise stated. We do not supply prescription medicines without an appropriate clinical review. Our pharmacist may decline to issue a prescription if, in their professional judgement, treatment is not appropriate for you.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that appropriate delivery instructions are provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with UK consumer law, prescription medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will only be issued where a product is found to be faulty or incorrectly dispensed. Please contact us promptly if you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item.
